Useful Information
Do I have to be a member to come to meetings?
No! You can come to any number of meetings and stay any amount of time. Even members have no obligation to show up to every meeting. We appreciate and respect whatever your level of commitment is.
Do I have to have a guitar or know how to play?
No again! We have spare instruments you can use and friendly members who can get you started. If you just want to come check us out or chill and listen, that's perfect too.
Can I play ____?
Yes! If it's made of wood, has strings, and looks guitarish, you're good to go. Classical, acoustic, and electric guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, mandolin, banjo... If you are looking to sing or play another type of instrument, although Amplified hosts collaboration events, our focus is to accomodate guitarists.
When does Amplified meet?
